My first client this morning cancelled. Now I appreciate $ as much as anyone, so I hate to lose appts., but I put a positive spin on it. I took the time to exercise. Normally, on Wednesday, I only have time for a short workout, but today I was able to really get into it for about 25 minutes. It changed my whole outlook on the day. Mentally and physically I felt so good, so positive, and so pleased with myself. The exercise and the extra blood flow to my brain gave me a whole new outlook on life.

Just a note: using a cell phone, even hands-free, while driving quadruples the risk of accidents-an increase similar to drunk driving.
