I am heading up to our cabin today for two reasons. I miss my wife and son, and it is supposed to be 115 on Saturday and Sunday.
While I’m up there I will shoot a short video on a simple, easy routine to deal with back and hip pain (which I have this morning).
I also wanted to mention adding Turmeric powder to your daily arsenal. Turmeric has been shown to offer protection against cancer, guard the liver against toxins, inhibit intestinal spasms, and prevent stomach ulcers. There is also some promising data on preventing strokes and Alzheimer’s. I take a tablespoon (approximately 10,000 mg) of Turmeric powder daily, and it is quite bitter, so I put it in 8 oz. of pomegranate juice and water. You can also get it in capsule form.
