If you are like me, you spend a lot of time looking at computer/tablet/phone screens. After an hour or two online, my eyes get extremely tired.
A few weeks ago, I came across an article addressing this issue (at the moment I can’t locate the article). I began using the 20-20-20 rule a couple of weeks ago, and it is helping. I set a timer for 20 minutes, then I take a 20 second break and focus on an object 20 feet away. This let’s eye muscles relax and reset.
