An unusual occurence here in Phoenix-rain. We are supposed to get 3 different storm systems through here this week. They’re predicting 3-5 feet of snow in the high country, 2-3 inches her in the valley, and 5-10 inches just north and east of here. If true, that would match our rain totals for all last year!

Can’t workout? Ha! I got out on the patio and did 40 body weight (BW) squats + 40 BW lunges, then as many push ups as I could, then punched my heavy bag for 3 minutes. Then I repeated the whole sequence. I took only 15 minutes, and I feel so charged up. The neat things about this workout is that I only needed a 10′ x 10′ space to do it, and the only equipment I used was a heavy bag. Plus I got cardio and strength, and revved up my metabolism to burn calories. Exercise doesn’t have to involve complicated equipment or huge space-only desire and creativity.
