Last Saturday, June 4th, was the eight-week mark of the Blilie Boot Camp. During that period, I lost nine pounds of fat, lowered my blood pressure from the 130’s/mid 80’s to the 112/72 area! I feel more energy, am quicker on my feet (a regular Jack-Be-Nimble kind-of-guy), and don’t feel my fat bouncing when I jump rope. I’ve taken pictures of my midsection at the beginning, at 4-weeks, and again at the 8-week mark. I was going to limit it to 8 weeks, but I’d like to lose another 5 pounds, which would be the same weight I was when I graduated high school. I’ll post the pictures when I figure out how. I am also putting together a workout DVD of my Boot Camp exercises. No exercise session lasted longer than 25 minutes, and there were a few that lasted only 12-13 minutes!
I have gained muscle and lost fat, not so easy when you’re 56+ years of age. But, I’ve proved it can be done.
