I had planned to do my usual Saturday morning workout-a day when I can do more because I have a little more time. However, sometimes life gets in the way. My son woke up with a sore throat and high fever, so my morning workout will be taking him to the doctor. The thing is, you plan for things and sometimes life gets in the way. The point is, when you have a chance to workout, do. If you plan to do it later, you may not be able to-life happens.

On a different note, broccoli contains compounds that improve lung function in people with COPD (asthma, emphysema, etc.).

Also, getting outside for 20 minutes or so works as well as drugs in kids with attention problems.
