I came across an interesting article on Hydrogen water, which was something I’d never heard of. In the May 2015 issue of Dr. Whitaker’s Health & Healing, he references a study by BJ Dixon, et al., published in May 2013, in Medical Gas Research, in which the potential therapeutic therapies of hydrogen gas H2 are discussed. After reading it, I’m going to try some. According to the article, H2 improves energy, memory, decreases aches and pains, and helps with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and cognitive speech, memory, and mobility issues. I realize it sounds to good to be true, but what the heck, there are no side effects, only positive outcomes, so why not give it a shot. Besides, from what I can tell, no side bad effects.

I’ve come across a new topical pain reliever, and, although it seems strange, it really works. Place a smashed up avocado pit in a quart of 91%rubbing alcohol and let it soak for 10 days. Then take a cotton ball and apply to sore area/s. The relief is quick.

Stay well, John R Blilie, M.S.
