Have you ever done guilt? I have, as I’m sure most of us have-not a good feeling to have. I experience it when, for instance, I sit on my rear all day (not often), or when I have too much to drink, eat fast food, etc. But I never have any guilt when I exercise, because that little voice deep in your gut says Thank You-you did the right thing. If you follow your inner compass, you will follow the right path. Try it the next time you exercise-see if you don’t feel better about yourself. The only way to get to whatever your goal is is to follow your deep inner voice.

I’ve come across some new information on a new supplement called Irvingia, derived from a plant in Gabon, West Africa. People are losing weight and lowering their cholesterol and tryglycerides, all within a matter of 3-4 months. Irvingia works by interfering with carbohydrate (CHO) metabolism, thus keeping insulin levels lower. All CHO breaks down into glucose, or sugar. Sugar increases insulin levels and insulin loves to store fat. I think we all want to burn fat, right? Look for Irvingia products online or in health food stores. The recommended dose is 150 mg, twice per day. Average cost of 60 caplets is ~ $56.00

Let me know how it works for you.

Stay well, John R Blilie, M.S.
