My workouts have changed as I have gotten older. I do much better with a greater intensity but less duration, and I realize the value of stretching much more than I used too. Typically, I work out hard for 15-20 minutes, 4-5x/week. Then I spend 10 minutes stretching. I also do Qi Gong at least 2x/week. I also realize I need more recovery time than I used to.
