Wow, what a difference good, hard exercise makes. After my morning workout, I started thinking about what I wrote yesterday and realized that my client probably was able to fight for the past nine years BECAUSE of his exercise and his positive attitude. Exercise enables you to have a positive attitude, perhaps because of a sense of mastery over the situation, perhaps it’s the mind-altering chemistry going on in the brain itself, perhaps it’s just the “feel good about myself” afterwards.
