Regular readers know that I’ve been working with Debra and her digestive elimination issues (see my blog on 6/3/15). I met again with her last week and her issues  are getting better. The food pairings seem to have helped with episodes of gas, bloating, and diarrhea, although she still has them infrequently. Debra found that giving up coffee and processed sugar have helped the most-she has added wine and occasional corn and potatoes to her diet, but not even close to quantities as in the past. She tries to eat organic whenever she can. Debra states that she has more energy, spends less time on the toilet, and doesn’t belch as much. Although she finds the food pairings difficult at times, she says the benefits outweigh the difficulties. Debra is scheduled to see her doctor in two weeks. The only further advice I’ve given her is to eat   two tablespoons of fermented food before each meal.
