It appears that not only are almonds good for the intestinal tract, but it also appears to slow down the aging process-strawberries also seem to work as well. They slow the decline in the ends of the DNA strands which occur with aging-when the strands stop growing, the cells die and the aging process/disease occurs.

Celery is also a good food for a couple of reasons. First, it lowers blood pressure, secondly, studies show if eaten an hour before bedtime you sleep better. For those of you with juicers, 4 stalks should do it for both conditions. Food is medicine, medicine is food.
